Formed in 1996 and hailing from Bristol, Hells Bells has evolved into perhaps the most well known and professional AC/DC tribute band in the United Kingdom.

Touring the length and breadth of Britain & Ireland for over 18 years playing the music of the legendary AC/DC, Hells Bells have built up a loyal following of fans and continue to do so wherever they play.

The band play material from both the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras, covering four decades of classic no-nonsense, foot stomping rock n roll! From the blistering scream of the vocals, the duck-walks, the pounding rhythm & bass and the frenzied schoolboy antics to the booming cannons and pyrotechnics at the finale. The camaraderie of all 5 musicians is second to none and the excitement & passion shines through the music. All the elements are there for an awesome show of spectacle and power.

Hells Bells roster of gigs has expanded year on year and in 2013/2014 played to over 40000 people at venues throughout Great Britain, Ireland, Czech Republic, Oman, Turkey, Belgium, Slovakia and Bahrain. The band is a regular performer at the Bulldog Bash, the largest motorbike music festival in Europe having worked their way up the bill since 2003. August 2012 saw them headline the Main stage on the Thursday of the festival weekend with a crowd of over 10000. In addition to this, Hells Bells play at the MCN live shows at Butlins on a regular basis to ecstatic audiences. Another high profile festival was Motoclube Faro 2011, Europe’s largest bike festival which they co-headlined with Iron Maiden to over 30000 spectators. Hells Bells have also played a set in the middle of Coventry Speedway stadium during the World Championships and atop a 100ft stage overlooking Trafalgar Square for the Red Bull Railstorm Snowboard finals.

Hells Bells have played alongside a number of established and successful bands through the years such as Status Quo, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Company of Snakes, Wilko Johnson band to name but a few and have a garnered some extremely positive feedback from their performances: “Never go on after Hells Bells, they’re lethal” -Don Airey (Deep Purple, Ozzy Osbourne, Gary Moore) “A RIPPER SHOW!” – Joel O’ Keefe (Airbourne) “One we have seen and recommend” - Classic Rock magazine “Probably the greatest tribute to AC/DC in the universe” - GWR FM
